So you get an offer accepted and your client says "now what day are we suppose to close escrow?" "Well, 45 days for now" you say "Okay.... when's that?"
I use to have a calculator that could figure out any future date, however I never have it with me when I need it. And I hate taking a calendar and actually counting the days to figure out when 60 days is up.
