Brush Creek Villas in Rincon Valley is a large townhousecomplex nestled against the Montecito Hills. Built in the late 1970's this development consists of approximately 100 townhomes.
Bush Creek Villasis built with a Spanish/Mediterranean style, displaying stucco walls, and tile roofs. The development is made up of two streets, Adobe Drive and Shady Oak. The homes are generally placed in groups of four to six homes, each group having it's own cul de sac off the one of the two main roads. generally the homes on the left and right are two story with the homes in the rear being all one story. The homes are all single detached except for the garages, which share a common wall.
Most homes come with two patios, one off the living room, and one off a bedroom. The units are either 2 or 3 bedrooms. All units were built with fireplaces. 
There are no bad views in Rincon Valley, however this development has execptionally beautiful views of the Montecito Hills and is shaded by it's own combination of mature Olive, redwoods and oak trees. The closest city park is Brush Creek Park which is a few blocks away. There is a nice privately located pool with recreation room, and tennis courts.
This development is considered a planned unit development (PUD) and is a common interest development(CID). There are CC&R's, and by-laws, and a homeowner's association (Brush Creek Villas HOA). The association is managed by Commonwealth Property Management (687-2580). Currently the monthly HOA dues are $190. The dues pay for association management, water, and landscape maintenance. Unofortunately, I have temporarily seized blogging. I guess I have just lost the motivation for the moment. Also, I will be doing some traveling out of the country in the upcoming months, so I figured I would stop paying for the consumer views for the next two months while I'm traveling; just seemed to make sense.
However, I have been tossing some ideas around on some blog topics for when I start blogging again. It should be around May that I'll be back in full force. I'm so happy that you have reached your goal of 100k points and please know that I am still tuning in to AR and reading other's blogs. Oh yes, congrats on your featured post too, sooo exciting!!
