Mission Creek Condominiums in Rincon Valley, Santa Rosa

 Mission Creek

Mission Creek Condominiums in Rincon Valley offer affordable living. Built between 1972 and 1973 this was one of Rincon Valley's most affordable condominium complexes.  Built with a Spanish/Mediterranean style these units are in central Rincon Valley, and walking distance to most conveniences such as the Mission Shopping Center, Montecito Shopping Center, and Madrone Elementary school.  For information on Rincon Valley Shopping, click here: Rincon Valley Shopping Centers

All units are condominiums which means you own the "space inside the walls, not the land or building itself".  The fact that the units are condominiummake the units more affordable, and relieves the owner of worrying about maintaining the exterior from damage due to weathering, infestation, paint, or re roofing.  These things are all taken care of by the Homeowners Association (HOA).  Each homeowner gets one covered parking space, and one uncovered space.  Each unit comes with a large patio and washer and dryer hook ups.  The homes range in size from 900 sq ft to 1200+ sq ft. If you would like more information about the differences between Condominiums and townhouse, click here:  Condo or townhouse

Mission Creekis shaded by huge redwood trees.  There are expansive lawns and mature landscapre.  There is a club house and two pools, one for adults, and one for children.

The development has a Homeowners Association, and is managed by Management 4 HOA's and can be reached at 707-792-4925.   The HOA dues (as of this article) are $281 per month. The HOA dues pay all building maintenance, common area, insurance, and each unit's water.

In 2011 Five Mission Creek units sold for an average price of $136,400.  Two were Short Sales, Two were bank owned (REO), and one was a normal sale.

The units are a great investment for somebody looking to pick up a rental, or a great first time homeowner, or a step down home.  If you would like more information about buying or selling in Mission Creek, call me.
